The staff shone throughout my stay. the concierge team recommended very nice running trails, i loved discovering hidden gems. the ski lessons WERE fantastic. I improved so much. The attentive team anticipated needs.
the evening lounge access had limited value due to unusual hours! i missed the evening snacks and the breakfast lounge was closed until later.

the Wildflower offers a buffet breakfast, it provides excellent service. staff explains the buffet organization to new guests. Portobello's restaurant, located in the hotel, offers very good meals.

the hotel is near the slopes, but not in the main village. This provides a balance of convenience and tranquility. It gives easy access to skiing with a quieter atmosphere.

the location was acceptable, though the parking was expensive.
our room wasn't ready at the guaranteed check-in time, and then the keys didn't work. it meant a long wait in a queue at the front desk to sort it out, a frustrating start to the stay.

shaded section fitness center carpet stain lack of fridge
the pool area was great. i saw many loungers available and a shaded section which was ideal for avoiding too much sun. the fitness center was also good it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
i did find a stain on the carpet in my room. the room did not have a fridge, a little inconvenient to me. i had to use the mini bar with sensors to store my drinks instead.
